# Professional Video Style Guide

This file codifies the latest external feedback into production rules for every final video.

## Blocking Audio Rules

- Final voice-over must be ElevenLabs v3 in Romanian or the campaign language.
- `AIChat.md` must be spoken as `AI Chat punct MD`.
- No macOS/fallback voice is allowed in final delivery.
- Final soundtrack must be generated as a proper ad soundtrack, not procedural filler.
- SFX, music accents, voice windows and visual beats must share one timing grid.
- Voice speed compression above `1.12x` fails the final gate.

## Visual Grid

- Use a stable vertical hierarchy: top title/signal, centered primary graphic, lower secondary text/action.
- Fill the available frame; avoid black margins and unjustified empty top zones.
- Keep repeated cards, panels and objects on a consistent grid.
- Balance density: no dead half-frame and no crowded lower third.
- Every PNG/Image2 element needs a semantic role: input, output, state, signal, object, character, proof or CTA.

## Motion

- Use smooth crossfade, morph, camera pan or wipe transitions of `0.3-0.5s`.
- Avoid abrupt full-scene resets, blank frames and hard cuts unless the storyboard explicitly calls for impact.
- Entrances and exits must finish before the scene cuts.
- SVG and UI motion should use spring/ease-out curves, not linear drift.

## Typography

- Use a Romanian-capable font stack and verify diacritics render with the same weight as Latin characters.
- Avoid negative letter spacing and viewport-based font scaling.
- Titles must not overlap with UI or PNG assets.
- Use bold sparingly and consistently; diacritics must not appear visually lighter due to fallback fonts.

## Style Consistency

- Do not mix 3D and flat iconography casually.
- If 3D PNG assets are used, UI shadows, lighting and perspective must support them.
- Keep color palette, icons, line weights and panel radii consistent inside a single video.
- Every video must have a distinct visual DNA; no two videos should feel copy-pasted.

## QA Gate

Before a card can be marked final:

1. Visual render exists and matches requested duration/aspect.
2. Audio render exists with H.264 + AAC.
3. Manifest proves `voiceModel: eleven_v3`.
4. Manifest proves `musicProvider: elevenlabs_video_to_music`.
5. Manifest proves `sfxProvider: elevenlabs_sound_generation`.
6. `maxSpeedFactor <= 1.12`.
7. No visible empty-frame pauses, layout collapse, text overlap or cut-off animation.
8. Cockpit displays `ElevenLabs v3 final`.
