# Premium Video Creation Skill

Date: 2026-04-28

Purpose: reusable operating system for producing premium AIChat.md and Kallina videos with Hyperframes, SVG/GSAP animation, voice-over, music, still assets, claim control, and QA.

This folder is the project-local skill memory. It is not a replacement for product truth, user answers, source captures, or final human review.

## How To Use

1. Read `01-AUDIT-MISTAKES-AND-TRUTH-GAPS.md` before planning new videos.
2. Use `02-100-QUESTIONS-AICHAT-KALLINA.md` to collect missing brand/product truth.
3. Update `06-BRAND-TRUTH-SOURCE-OF-CLAIMS.md` before writing claims.
4. Pick campaign settings from `12-CAMPAIGN-OPERATING-TEMPLATE.md`.
5. Use `09-GPT-IMAGE-2-STILL-ASSET-PIPELINE.md` only for still assets, not fake product proof.
6. Use `11-HYPERFRAMES-SVG-GSAP-ANIMATION-SKILL.md` for premium motion systems.
7. Build scripts/storyboards from `07-NEXT-PRODUCTION-BRIEF-TEMPLATE.md`.
8. Build audio from `08-AUDIO-PRODUCTION-AGENT-INSTRUCTIONS.md`.
9. QA against `PRODUCTION-STATUS.md` and the current review page.

## Non-Negotiables

- Do not count duplicate renders as new videos.
- Do not use legacy `renders/audio-final` files as campaign finals.
- Do not say `AIChat.md` directly in Romanian TTS; use `AI Chat punct MD`.
- Do not call OpenAI API directly for Image 2 in this project; use the configured LiteLLM endpoint.
- Do not claim `gpt-image-2` creates transparent backgrounds.
- Do not create fake UI proof, fake metrics, fake customer logos, or unsupported product outcomes.
- Do not use static 3-second slides as the default style for future videos.
- Build dynamic motion with timed SVG/HTML/GSAP systems.
- Final videos need duration, resolution, audio stream, text, claim, and visual QA.

## Current Production Truth

- AIChat.md and Kallina source folders exist for A01-A24 and K01-K24.
- Only 26/48 AIChat/Kallina concepts currently have any render.
- 24/48 AIChat/Kallina concepts are missing final audio renders.
- All existing AIChat/Kallina MP4 renders are still 15s, so they do not satisfy the longer-video requirement.
- Image2 has 20 rendered 20s silent MP4s and 400 local PNG elements.
- Image2 still needs final voiceover, licensed/ElevenLabs soundtrack, and sound design.
- Legacy `renders/audio-final` files are not final campaign quality because the old audio pipeline used synthetic fallback music when ElevenLabs Music failed.
